As a result of our risk assessment for COVID-19 we have made some changes to the way we operate at the Old Station House. We will still be doing our best to ensure that you have an enjoyable and above all safe stay with us and would appreciate your help to achieve this.
Please bring any PPE that you require with you
Our check in time is between 4 and 6pm. Early check in will not be available but you may leave your car in the car park and walk into the village or enjoy the steam railway. Please be prepared to carry your own bags to your rooms.
Hand sanitising gel will be provided in the entrance hall and we ask that you use this each time you enter.
Please maintain wear masks and observe 2 metre social distancing in all common areas and avoid crossing with other guests by stepping to one side. Your sanitised room key and breakfast order form will be in your room. Please leave the completed form on the hallway table by 8pm.
Housekeeping will be modified during your stay. We will not be touching any of your clothing or personal items so please help us by arranging things so that we can service your room. In addition to our usual high standard of room servicing we will be sanitising the rooms and some non essential items have been removed to facilitate this.
Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room. Please use your allocated table. Our usual buffet is suspended but we will be serving cereals, fruit etc as requested on your breakfast order form.
We advise guests to pre-book all evening dining prior to their stay. Links to most of the local establishments can be found on our website broadwaybedandbreakfast.com
We also recommend that you check with places that you intend to visit to see if reservations are required.
At checkout we will be taking payment from the card number supplied on booking. If you wish to use a different card please let us know when you arrive.

Guests showing symptoms of COVID 19 before arriving can cancel without penalty.
Guests that show signs of covid-19 whilst staying should immediately seek medical advice and, if told to self-isolate, check out immediately and return home. In those circumstances guests would not be charged for any remaining days booked.
